Pool heating is recommended from November to March and should be requested at time of booking. Heating fee £75 ($120) per week. (approx)
Cleaning fee £45 ($75) is applicable if stay is less than 7 nights.
An initial deposit of £100/$200 is required to secure the booking, the balance being payable 10 weeks prior to departure along with a security damage deposit of £200/$350, which is refunded - usually within 14 days - if the villa is left undamaged.
